For sale is a fluorite on quartz from Huanggang mine, China. I have to say this is about my favourite Chinese fluorite, there is just something about it. Maybe its the light green color imparted to the quartz crystals, by the surrounding green/yellow mica. Or it could be the wonderful stepped form of the fluorites, in the centre of the specimen. I’m not sure, but I have enjoyed studying this piece time and time again, and will remember it fondly when it leave.
