This web site is updated on a regular basis and any items on display should be available and will be shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment. As nearly all pieces are unique and for some reason an item is not available, you will be notified by e-mail immediately and refunded any money paid already in full. We take the greatest care in packing our minerals and jewellery for transport. If you have any special instructions regarding shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We ship via Australia Post using registered mail to most parts in Australia. If you would prefer to use your own chosen service, please add notes in the space provided at checkout or contact us via email with your preferred method and your Order ID number. You will find your Order number in the Purchase Order or Invoice you received by email. Alternatevly, if you have created an account with us, you can view your Orders and their Status by logging in from the top right menu bar. All shipping charges will be added to your order at cost.
POST AND PACKAGING COSTS ARE: $15.00 Australia wide.
Postage includes signature on delivery, to ensure your parcel is correctly delivered. Extra cover can be provided, but it must be requested and paid for by the buyer, at $1.50 per $100.00.
We deliver to all countries by registered mail and insurance can be arranged if required. You can chose to have your parcel delivered by regular airmail or surface mail (if available) or you can request any other preferred shipping method. Add your special instructions at checkout to specify your preferred delivery method or contact us. All shipping charges will be added to your order at cost.

Australia Post do reliable EXPRESS POST, which will arrive via your local Express Post service.
Up to 2 Kg (4.4lbs) by EXPRESS POST to USA (3 – 7 days) will cost an additional US $ 42.50 (approx)
Up to 2 Kg by EXPRESS POST to Europe (3 – 7 days) will cost an additional Euros $ 38.00 (approx)

How Do I Pay By Direct Debit
Direct Debt payments are only available for purchases within Australia. For International orders, please use the Paypal option.
Please use your Order ID as reference number on your payment slip. Information about your order number and our bank details are displayed in the order details you would have received by email, alternatively if you have created an online account, log in to view your order and it’s status.
When your deposit has been received, we will send you the final invoice/payment advice to let you know your order has been paid for and shipped.

What is an Account?
We allow our customers the option to create an account during the checkout process. If you select the option to create an account, we keep your shipping address, billing address, email and phone number and a history of your purchases. You simply log in to the MY ACCOUNT from the main menu, to view your purchase history, status of your purchase and to record/update your billing and shipping address. We do not keep Credit Card details. An account is entirely optional.
For return customers, this is a handy way to speed up the checkout process and also track purchases.
