For sale is a quartz with calcite on magnetite from Biggenden mine, Qld. A classic and high quality specimen from this historic and rich mine. There is a scattering of calcite crystals, over the very lustrous quartz, they fluoresce a fine red color as seen in the pic. Also shown in the pics is a few interesting green colored quartz crystals. Overall this is a very fine Biggenden specimen. A couple of the quartz crystal faces have a drusy dusting.
