DOUBLE TERMINATED QUARTZ WITH ANATASE – CAIRNS
For sale is an anatase on quartz from Cairns, Qld. I first have to say this specimen is way way nicer in person, the fully gem nature is not really conveyed, sorry. This was the largest crystal found at this location, and its double terminated! Anatase has only been recorded from a few locations in Australia. As you can see from the pics, there is a decent display of anatase on the specimen

For sale is an anatase on quartz from Cairns, Qld. I first have to say this specimen is way way nicer in person, the fully gem nature is not really conveyed, sorry. This was the largest crystal found at this location, and its double terminated! Anatase has only been recorded from a few locations in Australia. As you can see from the pics, there is a decent display of anatase on the specimen. This piece comes from a one off find of about 18 months ago. We have kept this the largest crystal till now.
