For sale is an anatase on quartz from Australia. Sorry I made a mistake before, this is actually the last specimen we have that came from a small find, at Cairns four years ago. The glassy highly lustrous quartz crystal is transparent gemmy thru out, except a very small area of milky quartz at the base. This crystal has lots of small anatase over a couple but not all of the main crystal faces. I have included a pic (third pic) of a particularly rich lot of these anatase crystals, (sorry they are not as blue as the pics suggest). Even without the associated anatase, this double terminated quartz crystal is quite impressive, its not common to have Australian quartz specimen with such an outstanding lustre and clarity!
