For sale is a supberb specimen of sphalerite from Russia. This outstanding single crystal of sphalerite sits at the apex of a vertical stem, make up primarily of sphalerite with a few small pyrite crystals. On the rear of the piece this is another mineral thinly spread on some of the back crystal faces and part of the stem. Im not sure what it is, but possibly siderite. This would have to be one of the finest specimen of sphalerite I have seen from anywhere! Ex Tony West collection. Way nicer in person.
