For sale is a fluorite specimen from England. This specimen was very very hard to capture the color of this specimen. The gemmy crystals have a light purple body color. As you can see on Tony Forsyth label accompanying the piece, it has “daylight fluorescence”, changing to a much more saturated purple color.After thinking about this for a while, I think this could better be described as color change, rather than daylight fluorescence.
