This is one side of a delightful agate geode that has been cut in half and polished with quartz and a unidentified rather uncommon mineral crystal in the cavity. This crystal may be calcite, but the brown color does not match with most calcites found in these geodes. Featuring a centre made up of pale amethyst crystals. Featuring a centre made up of pale amethyst crystals, that sparkly wonderfully ( not really seen in the pics). This piece is way way better in person.
