I just love this mineral because it is named after ,Jons Jacob Berzelius is the father of analytical chemistry, inventor of chemical symbol notation. and discoverer of selenium (Se), cerium (Ce), silicon (Si), thorium (Th), titanium (Ti), and zirconium (Zr), in addition to other elements, to quote Mindat. Besides all that, Berzelious contributed in many many ways to our view of the mineral world.

Besides all that, Berzelious contributed in many many ways to our view of the mineral world. This classic old mine is now closed, probably the best examples of this species came from this mine.
