For sale is an agate specimen from Agate Creek, NSW. An interesting agate, this one, I think (but not completely sure) that the white/grey centre of this specimen, which I have to note I have not seen anything like it before, is actually a rhyolite bomb, that has been traped in the centre as the agate filled the cavity around it. The last pic show the rear of the specimen, and as you can see material at the centre of the whole is a different color and texture.

An interesting agate, this one, I think (but not completely sure) that the white/grey centre of this specimen, which I have to note I have not seen anything like it before, is actually a rhyolite bomb, that has been traped in the centre as the agate filled the cavity around it. The last pic show the rear of the specimen, and as you can see material at the centre of the whole is a different color and texture. What ever it is it has given this agate an interesting, rather white centre, with an unusual texture, all quite uncommon.
