For sale is a uvite tourmaline, from Vietnam, Featuring a highly lustrous group, of the rare tourmaline species, uvite. To my knowledge Uvite has never been found in Vietnam before. Please note this specimen has a sawn base. We obtained this specimen on our recent visit to the mines of Vietnam, (August 2024). There was only one example of this material available. I have seen a lot of Vietnamese tourmalines over the last 20 years, and this is a first.
