TORBERNITE – RANGER MINE – RARE -SOLD

For sale is a torbernite specimen from Ranger mine, N.T. This hugely uncommon torbernite piece dates to the earliest days of mining, at this now closed mine. I obtained from the collection of the late Norman and Jocine Robinson, in 2002. There is a decent coverage of lime to emerald green crystals on two sides of the specimen. I say uncommon because most people would have never have seen a torbernite from this location, the overwhelming number of radioactive specimen from here being world class saleeites!
