This realgar from Shimen Mine, China, is a somewhat historic specimen, this was one of the very first mineral specimens to come out of China. It was exchanged by a professor at a Chinese University, with the noted Australian Professor Laurie Laurence, in the early 1980s. Laurie traded this realgar with Chris Parkinson (Lane Cove Rock Shop) and it stayed in his collection until I acquired it in 2014, from Chris. This specimen is solid realgar. The picropharmocolite is a nice addition and give a fine contrast. Please remember our prices are in Australian dollars.
