For sale is a an octahedral fluorite crystal , with very fine transparency, with with slightly frosted faces and nice pink color. This crystal is complete all round, with a small amount of associated muscovite. This specimen probably dates back to the early 1990s as it was purchased from Frank Cheshire in the early 1990s. This is a good sized crystal, with one small side car associated crystal, it displays well all round. Pink fluorite crystals are probably one of the “holy grails” of mineral collection, and any decent collection has at least one of these gems included. Ex Paul Melville collection. Please NOTE in the pics the crystal color appears to have a purple component, this is not there in real life!! Also the very good transparency the crystal has is not shown to its best advantage in the pics, sorry.
