For sale is a minium from Broken Hill, NSW. An uncommon lead oxide, this specimen features a crystal of bright orange minium, that has pseudomorphed a cerussite crystal. There is a small amount of cerussite and galena associated. These interesting pieces formed during mining fires in the late 1800s-early 1900s, when cerussites were basically heated and pseudomorphted into these stunning orange crystals. These are super hard to find today. Please remember our prices are in Australian dollars.
