A fantastic specimen of malachite from an uncommon locality in Queensland.Dozens of botryoidal groups of malachite which look like molten plastic, with great luster, cover the display side of this near full cabinet sized display specimen. Even thou the hand written label (comes with specimen) says Kajabi mine (there is no real Kajabi mine, its actually a district) . I would think the real actual location is the Crusader mine , Warwick Castle, Mt Isa Dist, as featured in Australian Journal of Minerallogy, December 2002 issue. A rich display specimen of malachite with some “bulls eyes”, from a location that is virtually never seen outside of some Queensland collections. Please remember our prices are in Australian dollars.
