We have for sale a very rare old Tasmanian fluorite, from the Rex Hill mine, Rossarden. The interesting fluorite has formed in a circle with two colors, white on the perimeter, and purple in the center. There is associated quartz and on the rear some sphalerite. This specimen comes from the collection of the late Keith Lancaster, famous among Tasmanian mineral collectors, and the author of “Mineral of Tasmania”. I only know of one other fluorite specimen in any collections. Please remember our prices are in Australian dollars.
