An impressive and sculptural, large fluorite specimen on quartz from Huanggang mine, Inner Mongolia. Lusterous well formed crystals of fluorite with charmingly subtle purple phantoms, sits on quartz crystals with an overgrowth of a snow white quartz matrix, most often seen with the deep blue fluorite from this now classic Chinese location. There is some arsenopyrite association on the base and edges. The two colors of the fluorite is uncommon from this mine. Ex Chris Benotic collection (Window on Creation)
