For sale is a sweet tourmaline from Mandalay, Burma. Featuring rubellite crystals, the pink gem variety of elbaite tourmaline, with gemmy nature and classic saturated pink coloring.
The piece is in pristine condition, please note what looks like a step on top of the main crystal is actually an artifact of the camera, caused by the gemmy top. This style of Burmese tourmaline are somewhat scarce., compared to the classic “mushroom” style. This came from a small discovery early this year, and we obtained it on our recent buying trip to Burma.
