For sale is a specimen of a very rare form of pseudomorph, chalcedony replacing hematite, from Czech Republic. This not so commonly known location has produced some very interesting minerals, and is a type location for one. This chalcedony replacing botryoidal hematite, is seriously uncommon, actually its the very first time I have seen or heard of this replacement. The specimen has exquisite detail and when examined really speaks for itself, fascinating!! We were fortunate to have obtained this specimen when we purchased a small collection from the Czech Rep. This is way way better in person, and comes with original label. RARE!!
