Product Description

This is a wonderful celestite specimen from this classic location , Machow mine, Tarnobrzeg, Poland. I have  seen, a couple of these but  I never even seen a picture of one as good as this. The pics show the celestite, which is completely transparent. These crystals have exquisite fluorescence under U V light. The pics  also show the liberal amount of yellow sulphur on the specimen, a nice bonus!! There are a few ding crystals, but  considering how many crystals there are they are barely visible among the forest of sharp radiating spear shaped crystals. Museum quality. More information and pics available. Last pic show the rear of the specimen. These specimen are sometimes described as barytocelectite.  The weight of this piece is approx 600gms, OVERSEAS BUYERS, may have to pay a small extra postage cost. This specimen came from the collection of A.Martin, Munich, Germany, which we purchased about 15 years ago. Please remember our prices are in Australian dollars, compare our prices.
