or sale is a supberb calcite crystal from India. While India may produce a lot of minerals, it has produced very little fine calcite specimens. This specimen came from the Jack Schillitler collection, which was put together in the 1970 – 1980s, and Im pretty sure this rare single crystal was bought to Australia by the Indian expert, the late John Weir. A beautiful single gem crystal, that is actually way nicer in person, that is in pristine condition. The sweet soft lemon color is quite unique. I have had this for a few years , and its still one of my favorite mineral specimens.
