For sale is a large rare blue beryl from Harts Range N.T. This specimen was very hard to photograph for some unknown reason, the first pic is by far the most accurate color. This single crystal grew between two quartz veins, some of these veins is still partly attached, to the top and bottom of the crystal, as seen in one pic clearly. Annamurra creek must be a pretty remote location, in a very remote area, while I can find reference to this creek in reports, I can find no map with it marked on!! I acquired this crystal from Dehne McLaughlin collection, and he acquired it from an old collection, comes with Dehne’s label stating all this. The weight is a massive 1350gms!! Its very hard to find the same from anywhere in Harts Range today. If anybody has any more information on this location, I would love to hear it. Note, overseas buyers please contact for postage costs.
