For sale is a specimen of beryl in wolfram, from Torrington. Featuring beryl and wolfram, the largest beryl crystal sits in the very decent sized wolfram crystal. There are numerous beryl crystal scatter over the specimen. Until I did a little research, I did not realize just how uncommon this mineral combo is, I could find only one other mine anywhere with similar combo. The specimen comes from the collection of the renound Jim Johnston, I acquired it from the John Rankin collection. This is a significant and rare Australian mineral specimen.
