For sale is a classic and huge baryte rose specimen from Norman, Oaklahoma. This specimen has had one repair, I must say. But it is by far the largest specimen of this material I have ever seen, the name “Poodle” came with the piece. Barite “rose”. Formed as crude barite crystals formed in a sandstone, trapping the sand grains, light haematite staining. Weight is a whopping 612gms, so overseas buyers please contact us before buying.
