For sale is an exquisite and very uncommon specimen of azurite with chrysocolla pseudomorphing libethenite, from the now long closed but famous Burra Burra mine, in Burra, S.Aust. As an added bonus this specimen also features a few water clear baryte crystal as thin blades. Please NOTE the azurite is pristine , no damage! The color is an outstanding royal blue, not too heavily saturated to make it unattractive, it features outstanding luster. Excellent azurite coverage, with great contrast to the chrysocolla. The chrysocolla pseudomorph of libethenite, is sharp and even better than the pics indicate, the triangular form of the libethenite is very faithfully reproduced. This is a magic old combo specimen from this classic mine.
