Here is a quite large specimen of aurichalchite with hydrozfincite and rosasite, probably hemimorphite as well, from Evelyn mine, Pine Creek N.T. This well endowed specimen is a sky blue aurichalcite , covering a large area, with white hemimorphite, and a blue green rosasite’s, (ball like), the hemimorphite takes the form of small colorless water clear bladed crystals, all sitting on a somewhat bressicated gossan matrix. The aurichalcite is just so soothingly pretty!! This piece was collected personally by Norman and Jocien Robertson in the mid 1970s, today these specimen are near impossible to obtain. This location produced undoubtedly Australia’s finest aurichalcite specimens.
